The purpose of HardCORE is not only to provide one of the best workouts you’ve ever had, but to help the “whole person” get stronger. The training will prepare you to physically and mentally trust yourself, allow you to overcome many self-created limitations which block your way to personal growth, and bring you to a higher level of fitness and performance. HardCORE is about awakening the athlete that lives in everyone. If you believe that you can do something, you can. There is no “I can’t” only “I did”!

"When I learned that Dave Dunlap and Jim Zacher were starting a group training class, now known as Hardcore Bootcamp, I immediately was interested.  Since the very first class in April 2010, I have been hooked!  JZ and Dave have reshaped me physically and mentally!  Prior to HardCORE Bootcamp, I would have never considered participating in any race, let alone finish the race in the top for my age group.  This past April I did the Metrodash and am looking forward to doing another race in the near future!  My Metrodash teammates and I were better prepared having taken HardCORE Bootcamp.   In addition to being physically stronger, taking Hardcore Bootcamp has showed me the inner strength I never knew I had. HardCORE Bootcamp is more than your normal group training class… Dave and JZ push us to be the best we can be.   It is my favorite workout of the week!"
